RETURNS POLICY

We offer you a hassle free return policy. If you are unhappy with a product, there are a number of ways that you can return it to us. As long as the product is in its original condition and packaging, the unused item can be sent back to us within 7 days of the date on the receipt. Where possible, we will organise a free pick up of the goods. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact our customer service team who will gladly assist you.

DAMAGED ITEMS

We strive to ensure that all products are free from defects and are delivered in excellent condition. If for any reason the product has been damaged during delivery or is missing any parts, you may choose not to accept the product. Our drivers will be happy to take the product back immediately. If you are unable to receive your order personally and notice damaged products at a later time, you can return the order by contacting our customer service team.

UNDAMAGED GOODS

If you change your mind about a product you have purchased, you are able to return it and receive Alosra online store credits. These store credits will be credited against your online account and can be used for future purchases.

REFUND POLICY

You have the choice to accept a refund or replacement. When a replacement item is requested, we will deliver the item free of cost. If you return your order directly to an Alosra supermarket, we’ll process your refund immediately (this will take up to 7 working days for bank transfer). We can also offer you store credits for future purchases or credit the amount to your account if you have purchased the item using your credit. All refunds will be processed within 3 working days.

PRODUCTS WE CAN'T REFUND OR REPLACE

The only products we cannot refund or exchange are perishable short shelf-life products, books and items that are sold as part of the same pack, such as bundled offers. We cannot refund or replace items that are not in their original condition and packaging. You must repack any items you want to return in the same box and in the same condition that they were delivered. You will need to provide us with original order reference details (order number, product codes or descriptions), against which the item is being returned.
