Our Delivery Terms

Any order you make online is guaranteed to reach you in the time slot you have chosen, delivered to you by one of our friendly employees. Please note that proof of identity may be requested at the time of delivery.

Delivery charges for your order will be displayed based on the delivery type and slot that you have selected and the final price will be visible at checkout.

When you are placing your order during checkout, you can select your preferred delivery slot. If a specific slot is unavailable, please leave us a comment upon checkout and our customer service team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time.

Delivery Slots: 9.00 am - 11.00 am, 11.00 am - 1.00 pm, 2.00 pm - 4.00 pm, 5.00 pm - 7.00 pm & 7.00 pm - 9.00 pm, daily. Our customer service or delivery team will call you to reconfirm delivery time.

If for whatever reason we are unable to fulfil the order in full, you will receive a call from our team to either rearrange the order or deliver the unavailable items at a later time. Rescheduled orders due to non-availability of products will not incur any additional charges.
